Our delivery vehicles have a core-shell structure. The shell hosts the nucleic acid payload, with the ability to condense even self-amplifying RNA.
The core-shell arrangement provides structural integrity, allowing our delivery vehicles to be dried in sugar-glass without impairing their transfection efficiency. Once dried, they are stable at room temperature for over a year, and at 40oC for up to five months.
The dried vaccine powder rehydrates in seconds, and is immediately ready for injection or addition to cell culture media.
The shell can be functionalized with molecules designed for targeting, immune system evasion, or other desired functions
The core can solubilize hydrophobic molecules such as cancer drugs.
